Plastic pellet cutter is a device used to process plastic raw materials into pellets. This cutting method is mainly suitable for plastics such as pe, pvc, high-filled masterbatch, which are not easy to stick and good to cool. 3.Water ring granulation: The long strip material extruded by the extruder is immediately rotated by the cutter head Cut the grain and throw to the water ring attached to the high speed running in the grain cutter, followed by water The flow of the powder is sent to the water separator to dry, and then sent to the material cooling equipment to cool down. This method saves labor, but is not suitable for viscous plastics.
