The plastic pellet cutter is an innovative device designed to transform plastic raw materials into uniform pellets effortlessly. It features an advanced four-group circuit control system that seamlessly integrates with the shaking machine, air drying machine, vibrating screen, and storage bucket, all operated through a user-friendly control panel. Our expertise is primarily focused on delivering three distinct types of plastic pelletizing machines:
1. Water-Cooled Rod System: In this highly efficient method, the material is expertly mixed and melted by the extruder, then extruded from the head mold. It gracefully descends into the sink, cooling before being meticulously transformed into pellets by the pelletizing machine. This method is highly cost-effective and widely adopted for materials like PE, PP, PS, ABS, and more. 2. Air-Cooling Hot System: Here, the material is extruded into strip form directly from the extruder and immediately cut into uniform, short granules by the precision rotating cutter head. The granules are then efficiently transported to the refrigeration sifting equipment by a centrifugal fan through a streamlined pipeline. This cutting-edge technique is ideal for plastics like PE, PVC, and high-filled masterbatch, which resist sticking and cool effectively. 3. Water Ring Granulation System: This method ingeniously cuts the long strip material extruded by the extruder using a rotating cutter head. The granules are then propelled to the water ring, which operates at high speed within the grain cutter. Following this, the flow of the granules is directed to a water separator for drying before being conveyed to the cooling equipment to reduce temperature. This method is labor-saving, although it is not recommended for highly viscous plastics. Each type of plastic granulator offers unique design, functionality, and application scenarios.
